Students who are offered a place for full-time graduate studies at the Georgetown University, McCourt School of Public Policy and who are selected as beneficiaries of the Loan-Scholarship Program of COLFUTURO will be eligible-er considered for the shared financing under this agreement. 

Between 1 and 5 admitted COLFUTURO Scholarship recipients will receive a minimum $15,000 award from the Georgetown University, McCourt School of Public Policy. The McCourt School will adopt a holistic approach in evaluating applicants who are selected by COLFUTURO. Items taken into consideration will include, but will not be limited to, undergraduate GPA, standardized test scores, work experience, extracurricular activities, letters of recommendation, and motivation for applying to one of our degree programs.

The Georgetown University, McCourt School of Public Policy will offer this financial support for Master´s students for a period of a least 1 year. Scholarships awarded for the first year of study are renewable at the same amount for the second year of study, contingent upon satisfactory academic progress. In order to retain the first-year scholarship, students must have a minimum 3.0 grade average in coursework toward the master´s degree program at the end of the first year.
